Refund Policy

Every core coaching tool in RecStak — lineups, roster, schedule, stats, drill creation, and email to families — is free. The only paid item is the Season Pass, a one-time charge of $19.99 per team, per season. It is not a subscription — there is no auto-renewal and no recurring billing. See the Terms of Service for what the Season Pass unlocks.

You may request a full refund of the $19.99 Season Pass within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet used its paid features— that is, you have not sent SMS alerts, generated a curated practice plan, or sent an end-of-season recap.

Once any paid Season Pass feature has been used, the Season Pass is non-refundable, because those features have already delivered their value. You can always keep coaching on the free tier — the free features never expire.

Email coach@recstak.app within the 14-day window. Include the email address you used to sign up so we can find your order and confirm no paid features have been used.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Once a refund is issued, Season Pass access — SMS alerts, curated practice plans, and the end-of-season recap — ends for that team. Your roster, schedule, stats, and every free feature are unaffected; you keep using RecStak at no cost, same as any coach who never purchased a Season Pass. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
