Export from whatever you already use (Blue Sombrero, TeamSnap, GotSport, LeagueApps, or a plain spreadsheet) and drop it in. RecStak sorts every kid into the right age division automatically, sets aside anything sensitive like medical info or an SSN before it’s ever imported, and holds anything ambiguous for you to check by hand instead of guessing.
Matched against your season’s own birth-year bands, the exact cutoffs your Seasons tab already has. No fuzzy matching deciding where a kid lands.
Medical, allergy, SSN, home address. Anything that looks like it is set aside, full stop, never auto-imported.
A missing birthdate, a possible duplicate, a name under a different guardian. Held for your review, never silently merged.

We’re building the piece where parents sign up and pay directly in RecStak, so registration weekend stops being a folding table and a stack of paper. It’s not ready today. We’d rather tell you that plainly than pretend it’s live.

We already use another platform for registration. Do we have to switch?
No. Import what you’ve already got (Blue Sombrero, TeamSnap, GotSport, LeagueApps, or a plain spreadsheet) and RecStak takes it from there for schedules, rosters, and comms.
What happens to our players’ data if we ever leave?
It’s yours to take with you. Export any team’s roster whenever you want it, no permission needed. Identifying player details also auto-retire on a schedule once a season closes. See how we protect kids’ data below.
How does billing work?
$25 per team, per season, with a $149 season minimum for the league. You activate a team when it’s ready to play. That’s the only paid step. Every coach still gets the full free RecStak team tier at no extra cost.
Can we add a team mid-season?
Yes. Activate it whenever it’s ready and it’s billed the same way, prorated to the season you’re in.
Do our coaches have to learn new software?
No. It’s the same free RecStak tool a coach could already be using on their own. Same lineups, texts, schedule, drills. Activating your league just connects their team to your league’s roster, schedule, and trust-and-safety setup.
Can parents register and pay for the season right in RecStak?
